Growth

Growth

Nothing ever stays the same. The one constant in life is change.
Whether change is for the best or it causes tremendous pain, it still brings growth.
Some of us don’t want to change or grow. Change brings fear so we try to stay the same.
We fight the growth and in return we become stale, stagnate and depressed.
Nothing positive comes from avoiding growth and the truth is we can’t avoid change.
We can work hard on staying the same, we wont change anything in our lives and hope for status quo but the truth is everything around you still changes.

The best thing to do is: go with the change, accept it, let go of the fight and grow/learn from each experience.

We can grow by using each change/experience as an opportunity.

An opportunity to learn
An opportunity to make better choices and move forward.

Every stage of life brings change, transition and growth.
Its a natural progression. We are supposed to grow, evolve and change.

To grow we must experience life as our authentic self. If we experience life in autopilot then we are not being true to the experience and ourselves.
Its time to shut off the autopilot thoughts (thoughts from our subconscious) and live more in our conscious mind (the here and now) so we can truly experience life and all it has to offer.
