Abundance

Abundance:

How do you define abundance? Is it money, health, freedom/time, love, knowledge, etc.? Is it a balance of all of the above?
What do you feel abundant in already? What areas of your life are abundant?
Look at the areas of your life that are lacking and you would like to create more abundance in. When you look at these areas, ask yourself what is the belief on those areas?
Your belief can be the reason your not abundant in those areas.
A great place to start changing a belief is on knowledge.
An abundance of knowledge gives us the power to change along with the tools and resources.

When we ask people what do they want? The # 1 answer is Happiness.

This is a great goal, but. let’s break it up into smaller pieces.

What will bring you happiness? What does happiness feel like? Look like?

Would an abundance of time/freedom create more happiness? Would an abundance of love create better relationships and more socialization which would bring happiness?

When you figure out what you want then make sure you know why you want it?

Clarity is very important in creating our vision and our lives.
We must be clear on what we want and what the vision looks like.

Example: If you want an abundance of time then ask yourself why?

Why do you want more time? What will you do with this time? How will having more time improve your life and those around you?

How long have you wanted more time? If its been awhile then ask yourself why haven’t I received it yet?

Look at this question closely and be honest. What’s stopping you from having more time? Is it your beliefs? Not taking action? fear of success or failure? Stuck in your comfort zone?
What can you do to take your first step towards an abundance of_________?

These types of questions and thoughts will help you be more clear and to create goals and action plans to create the life you want.
