Creating your Intention

Creating Your Intention:
By: Diane Lang

An intention is the foundation and start of your dreams.
What is your intention? My intention is to experience greater freedom.
Say your intention out loud and let it soak in.
Visualize your intention:

what would your life look and feel like when your dreams comes true?
Meditate on your intention:

setting your intention, visualize and meditate on it! It really sets it in action.
Pay attention to what comes up physically and emotionally through the process:

you can learn a lot about yourself through this process
Then set your intention out into the universe.
Don’t set an expiration date! Just believe and know it will happen.
Pay attention to the signs and small gifts that come to you from setting your intention! Such as: new ideas, new people that come into your life, opportunities, etc.
Each day wake up and say out loud your intention to affirm it.
Sample Intentions:
I intend to live my life fully awake and in the present moment.
I intend to encourage and support my children everyday but still allowing them freedom to be themselves.
I intend to joyfully deepen all my relationships.
I intend to open my heart and love fully.
I intend to create friendships that I love and enjoy.
I intend to be more brave and take daily risks.
I intend to receive unlimited financial abundance that allows my life to flow easily and help others.
What’s your intention?
