Changing The Negative Noise In Our Heads:

For many of us, negativity is our natural default and we find ourselves constantly listening to the negative loop in our head.
All the negative noise can play a role on our happiness levels.
Next time you hear that negative loop in your head, take some mindful action. Be conscious of what you are thinking.
When you notice a negative thought, stay there for a few seconds, notice the thought.
Make a conscious choice to say “Stop” to the thought.
Remind yourself:
This thought is not useful.
This thought is not helping me.
I don’t need to have this thought- it’s a old belief that doesn’t serve me anymore.
Just being aware of your negative thoughts is stopping the process.
Then refusing to allow the thought to remain and choosing not to believe in the thought is huge.
This stops the autopilot and brings you into the moment.
You are in control of your thoughts!
