I’m Scared, Are You?

Feels good to admit it.
We try so hard to hide it, we put on our masks and pretend all is well.
For some, they avoid their fear. They stay in their comfort zones because that is comfortable and easy. They know what to expect and how they will feel.
But they trade in growth for comfortability.
Is that worth it?
I don’t believe so.
But if we step outside our box, (the comfy box we built for ourselves where the weather is always good) then change happens along with growth, opportunities and possibilities.
So, instead of blocking, avoiding or hiding from the fear, we can choose to admit we’re afraid, accept and embrace the fear and move forward from there.
“I’m afraid, are you?”
Once you admit that then it’s time to grow, develop and take actio
