Transitions

I feel like I’m being torn in two directions.
I feel like I’m walking a line between my old self and the person I’m becoming.
It’s the “Gray” area of transition that is the hardest and the part we don’t talk about.
When leaving parts of your old self behind, you will grieve.
Grieving can cause a roller coaster of emotions.
We can go from sadness, to anger, to shock and confusion even depression.
It’s normal to feel these emotions and important that you really feel them.
Keep feeling until you get to the other side of the pain,
The other side where anger gets replaced with peace,
Where confusion gets replaced with focus and clarity,
Where fear gets replaced with goals and action,
Where sadness gets replaced with hope,
When we get to the other side, the sun starts to shine and we feel a breakthrough.
We can feel the light go on inside of us,
We know we have outgrown the part of us that no longer serves us.
We have released the limiting beliefs and bad habits.
Welcome the next chapter with all of its opportunities and possibilities.

Embrace the new you with love and kindness.
