You Can Choose To Accept Change:
By: Diane Lang

Change is the only constant in the world.
Fighting it will only form more resistance.
Resistance = stress.
Our lives will never look like a straight line, it will always look like a roller coaster, with many ups and downs.
Change brings growth.
Unfortunately, growth brings fear. It forces us to step outside our comfort zones.
When we step out, we stretch and expand which causes us to feel vulnerable and awkward.
Keep feeling it. Don’t fight it, don’t avoid it or resist it.
The other side is beautiful.
When we have grown, we feel empowered, we have learned and developed a new part of ourselves. However, we need to finish the experience.
If we stop when the pain and fear becomes too much, we get stuck.
When we learn to embrace change, we can expect the ups and downs.
Acceptance brings resiliency.
Resiliency lets us know at the end of the down cycle is the up cycle we have been fighting to get to.
Resiliency let’s us know that we all go through this and your growth can help someone else.
Resiliency gives you a boost of confidence by letting you know you can get through anything if you choose to.
Resiliency becomes stronger, the more you grow. Keep growing and learning, you will be surprised where you end up
